Online Blended Course: Level 1: TB Basics, Contact Investigation, and Latent TB Infection
Date: July 1 – September 30, 2025
Details: The Tuberculosis Case Management and Contact Investigation Intensive (TB CMCI) been changed to include five online self-paced modules, and one live interactive session. This online, asynchronous training for nurses and public health/disease control investigators can be accessed, started, and revisited at any time during the course term. Online Course: 61st Annual Denver TB Course
Details: This course provides a broad overview of active and latent TB including its epidemiology, transmission, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and management. The purpose of the course is to present this body of knowledge to general internists, epidemiologists, preventative medicine, public health, infectious disease and chest specialists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and other health care providers who will be responsible for the management and care of patients with TB. The in-person course was held on April 2-4, 2025, and is now available in recordings. Registered attendees may claim credit for viewing recorded sessions online.
